Netflix has a policy where they encourage their employees to interview different places and bring back the offers, they get.
If Netflix sees that they’re being outbid, they’ll increase your salary and do the same for everyone across the company in similar roles.
Seems to be an excellent policy at first, but do you think that HRs would be interested in interviewing people at Netflix as they would always be in doubt, that whether they are actually interested in joining of will use the offer letter as an increment letter?
